Provençal Christmas is one of the richest and most distinctive traditions in France: a heritage woven from both pagan and religious customs, passed down through generations with a spirit of simplicity and warmth. Christmas Eve gatherings, nativity scenes, santons, traditional table rituals, songs and symbols drawn from nature all come together to tell a timeless story, lovingly preserved from one generation to the next.
